Job Published Workflow

When a job is published, Boostie automatically emails 10–100 best-match candidates about the new opportunity. The send volume is dynamically calculated based on eligible job seeker count and the number of currently published jobs, to spread outreach and avoid over-emailing candidates (minimum 3-day spacing).

Job Closed Workflow

When a job is closed, Boostie emails non-placed, non-spam applicants letting them know the role is no longer accepting candidates, and includes links to 3 similar jobs they may be interested in.
