ATS Job Link Mapping: Sync Apply & Job Page Links to Custom Fields

What It Does

Boostie can write your Boostie job page link and apply page link into custom fields in your ATS each time a job opens. Map the field names once in settings, and Boostie keeps them current automatically — no manual copying, no stale URLs in ATS records.

Supported for Bullhorn, Tracker, Loxo, and Spott.

Navigate to Settings → Bullhorn → Export Job Link Mapping.

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  2. Select the Bullhorn tab.
  3. Find the Export Job Link Mapping section and click Edit Job Link Mapping.
  4. In the slide-out, enter the Bullhorn field name for each link you want synced:
    • Job Page Link — Boostie writes the job page URL to this field when the job opens.
    • Apply Page Link — Boostie writes the apply page URL to this field when the job opens.
  5. Leave either blank to skip syncing that link.
  6. Click Save.

Boostie immediately updates all currently open jobs in Bullhorn with the configured links. Going forward, links are pushed each time a job opens.

Navigate to Settings → Tracker.

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  2. Select the Tracker tab and open the settings drawer.
  3. Find the Job Link Mapping section inside the drawer.
  4. Enter the Tracker custom field name for:
    • Job Page Link Field
    • Apply Page Link Field
  5. Leave either blank to skip that link.
  6. Click Save.

Boostie updates all currently open Tracker jobs immediately, then keeps links in sync as jobs open going forward.

The same configuration is available for Loxo and Spott. Navigate to Settings → Loxo (or Settings → Spott), find the Job Link Mapping section, and click Edit Job Link Mapping. Enter the custom field names for Job Page Link Field and Apply Page Link Field, then save.

What Happens After You Save

  • Immediate backfill — Boostie updates all currently open jobs in your ATS with the configured links as soon as you save the mapping.
  • Ongoing sync — Each time a job opens, Boostie writes the current job page and apply page links to the mapped fields.
  • Skip a link — Leave a field blank to sync only the links you need.

Pro Tip: Enter the field name exactly as your ATS identifies it — the same name you would use to query or update that field in the ATS. If you're unsure which field to use, check with your ATS admin or contact help@boostie.com.

Why It Matters

Recruiters working in your ATS get the Boostie job page and apply links right on the job record — no switching tabs, no hunting for URLs. It also supports sourcing and outreach workflows that pull the apply URL directly from the ATS to direct candidates to the right place. Map it once and Boostie handles the rest every time a job opens.
