Dashboard: Overview, Apply, Workflows, Web Analytics

Your Recruiting Performance Hub

The Boostie Dashboard translates your entire recruiting program into one place. Four tabs let you move between focused views of the same period — use the date selector at the top to scope every metric and chart to the window you care about. Cards with period-over-period badges compare the selected window to the immediately preceding window of equal length.

Overview

The Overview tab is your ROI summary. It converts Boostie activity into business value so you can quantify impact without building a separate report.

Value Cards

Two hero cards lead the page:

  • Dollars Saved This Period — eligible applicants Boostie produced multiplied by the estimated job-board cost per equivalent applicant. Shows how much sourcing spend Boostie replaced in the selected window.
  • Estimated Hours Saved — automated workflow actions that fired, multiplied by the estimated recruiter time per action. A period-over-period badge tracks momentum across periods.

Applicant Performance

Four metric cards track pipeline health, each with a period-over-period badge:

  • Total Applicants — all applicants who started an application in the period.
  • Eligible Applicant Rate — share of applicants who cleared all screening filters and remain in the pipeline.
  • Restricted Applicants — count blocked by spam, geo, or fit-score filters, shown as a percentage of total applicants.
  • Applicant Completion Rate — percentage of started applications that were fully submitted.

Talent Pool Activity

A donut chart breaks your talent pool into three engagement tiers — Active, Cooling, and Inactive — with a count for each tier and the total candidate pool size shown alongside. Use this to see whether your database is warming up or going dormant so you know when to lean on re-engagement workflows.

Jobs

  • Open Jobs — published, open jobs at the end of the selected window. The delta badge shows the change from the start of the window (a snapshot comparison, not period-over-period).
  • Avg Applicants / Job — mean applicants per job that received at least one application during the period, compared to the prior period.

Apply

The Apply tab shows how your application experience performs from first page view through to qualified fit — with period-over-period comparisons on every key number so you can see direction, not just volume.

Key Metrics

Five cards at the top give an immediate read on apply health:

  • Apply Page Views — candidates who reached your application page.
  • Applications Started — candidates who began filling out the form.
  • Applications Completed — candidates who finished and submitted — the primary conversion metric.
  • Avg Time to Complete — typical seconds to finish the form. The badge shows whether speed is improving or declining relative to the prior period.
  • Completion Rate — share of started applications that were fully submitted.

Applicant Funnel

A step-by-step funnel traces candidates from first page view to qualified fit score, with the inter-stage conversion rate labeled between each bar:

  1. Apply Page Views
  2. Applications Started
  3. Applications Completed
  4. Eligible Applicants — completed and not removed by any filter
  5. Qualified Fit (Potential+) — eligible applicants scored Potential or above by Boostie's AI

The funnel makes it immediately clear which stage loses the most candidates so your team knows where to focus optimization effort.

Fit Signal

Compact colored cards show how the eligible applicant pool distributes across five fit tiers — Very Strong, Strong, Potential, Weak, and Very Weak — plus a Restricted count. Each card displays the raw count and its share of scored applicants. These sit alongside the funnel so you can read the depth of your qualified pool at a glance.

Applicants Over Time

A multi-line chart plots daily applicant volume broken out by the dimension you select — Channel, Source, or Device. Toggle between dimensions using the buttons above the chart; the chart re-renders immediately so you can compare how your traffic mix shifted over the window.

Source Performance

A table directly below the chart lists each dimension value with columns that connect traffic quality to application outcomes:

  • Visits — sessions that included an apply-page view from that source
  • Started and Completed — application volume from that source
  • Completion % — how well that source converts to finished applications
  • Avg Fit Signal — mean fit tier of applicants from that source, expressed as a tier label
  • DQ / Spam % — share of applicants from that source who were restricted

Pro Tip: Compare Completion % against Avg Fit Signal across channels. A source that drives high volume but low fit or high DQ rates may warrant a different investment level than one producing fewer but stronger applicants.

Screening

Five cards break down how Boostie's automatic filters handled applicants in the period, each showing the raw count and its percentage of total applicants:

  • Eligible Applicants — cleared all filters and remain in the pipeline
  • Bot / Spam Blocked — flagged by Boostie's fraud and spam detection
  • Geo Blocked — excluded by a location restriction on the job
  • Knockout DQ — removed by a disqualifying knockout question answer
  • Low Fit — fell below the minimum fit-score threshold

Advanced Screener

If your account has the Advanced Screener enabled, a second section appears below Screening with screener-specific outcomes for the period: how many applicants qualified for the screener, how many completed it, and how outcomes distributed across Confirmed Score, Stronger, and Weaker results.

Workflows

The Workflows tab shows a two-column summary of every workflow running in your account, grouped by type. Each card displays the workflow's audience size and email or text message performance side by side. Click any card to open the full workflow detail page, where you can review activity history, audience criteria, and scheduling settings.

Web Analytics

The Web Analytics tab shows who is visiting your career site, where they come from, and what they look at — giving you the traffic intelligence to optimize the candidate experience before anyone reaches an apply form.

Visitor Metrics

A banner at the top of the tab states total visitors for the period with a period-over-period comparison. Four cards elaborate:

  • Total Visitors — unique visitors with at least one session during the period
  • New Visitors — visitors with no prior session before the start of the selected window
  • Page Views — total page navigation events across landing pages, job pages, and apply pages
  • Avg Time on Site — mean session duration, formatted as minutes and seconds; sessions shorter than 3 seconds are excluded as bounces or bots

Visitors Over Time

A line chart plots daily unique visitor counts across the selected window. Every day appears on the chart including zero-visitor days, so gaps are visible rather than hidden by data density.

Top 5 Traffic Sources

A table shows the five referring domains that sent the most unique visitors to your career site, with Visitors and Views columns. Referrers are collapsed to base domain (for example, linkedin.com rather than a full profile URL) so the table stays scannable.

Top 5 Visited Pages

A table shows the five pages on your career site that received the most views, with Visitors and Views columns. Pages used as apply-form entry points are labeled Apply; job detail pages are labeled Job.

Devices Used

A pie chart breaks your visitor base into Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet. If mobile makes up the majority of your traffic, it is a signal to make sure your apply flow stays smooth on smaller screens.

Top 10 Locations

A table ranks the ten locations that sent the most visitors, with country-flag icons for quick scanning. Location is shown at the state level when available and at the country level otherwise.

Why It Matters

Running all four tabs together gives your team the complete story: Overview shows what Boostie saved and how the pipeline is trending; Apply explains where candidates convert and where they drop off; Workflows shows your automated programs at a glance; and Web Analytics reveals the traffic quality feeding everything upstream. Together they turn your dashboard from a reporting obligation into a continuous optimization tool.
