Recruiter View: Applicants, Application Form & Job Page
Recruiter View (Bullhorn ATS): Applicants, Application Form, Job Page
Recruiter View lives inside Bullhorn ATS on the Boostie tab of a Job. It’s your command center for the job’s performance, applicants, and the candidate experience Boostie creates on the front end.
What you’ll see on every tab (the dashboard strip)
At the top of Applicants, Application Form, and Job Page, Boostie shows a consistent dashboard so you always have the full job context:
- Job title + ATS ID
- Date published
- Location
- Employment type + compensation (if published)
- Job stats (views, qualified applicants, days-to-first-qualified, completion rate)
- Job status indicator (ex: Job is Open/Published)
- Boostie Talent Pool tied to this job (used by Boostie’s Match & Messaging workflows)

Applicants tab
This is where recruiters quickly triage and prioritize applicants using Fit Filters and fast actions.
What you can do
-
Filter applicants using Fit Filters (Very Strong → Very Weak, plus Unknown Fit)
Toggle between Card View and List View
In Card View, scan:
- Key candidate info
- A quick AI Fit Signal summary
- Shortcuts to View Resume and View Details
Thumbs-up + Hide (eye with slash)
- 👍 Thumbs-up keeps an applicant front-and-center for you
- 👁️🗨️ Hide removes the applicant from your Recruiter View
Important note: Thumbs-up and Hidden are user-specific. Your actions only affect your Bullhorn user view — they won’t change what other recruiters see.
To view (and unhide) hidden applicants
- Click Eligible Applicants → Hidden
- Click the Hide icon again to unhide the applicant

Applicant Details (slide-out)
When you click View Details, Boostie opens a slide-out that pulls everything together in one place, including:
- Work experience
- Contact info
- Applicant questions + responses
- Resume viewing
- AI Evaluator notes
- Session data
This is designed to let you make a confident decision fast - without bouncing between screens.

Workflow tip: use Bullhorn Actions directly from Boostie
Once you’ve reviewed an applicant in Boostie, you can take immediate action via Bullhorn Actions.
Example use case (fast internal review loop)
- Find an applicant you like
- Click Bullhorn Actions → Add Note
- Add your note, select the Action Type
- Tag the internal users (senior recruiter / account manager) you want to review the candidate
There are plenty of other “speed-up” plays here depending on your team’s process. If you want tailored use cases for your Bullhorn workflows, email help@boostie.com.

Application Form tab
This is where job owners and recruiters shape the application experience and how Boostie evaluates fit.
What you manage here
-
Personal Info: define what candidate info Boostie collects (contact details, resume, etc.)
Questions: build knock-out questions
- Create from scratch, or
-
Pull from your company’s Boostie question library (created by your Boostie Admin)
AI Fine Tuning: calibrate fit scoring so “strong fit” matches what your team actually means
Form Links: copy the Direct Apply Link
- Use this link anywhere you promote the job (job boards, social posts, email campaigns, etc.)
- It sends candidates to your career page and runs them through the exact application workflow you built
- Activity feed: a timeline of job-related actions and changes

Job Page tab
This is where Boostie powers the candidate facing job page content.

What Boostie does
- Pulls the job from Bullhorn
- Uses AI to rewrite it into a clean, candidate ready description
- Typically reads from your internal job description field and writes back to Bullhorn’s Published Job Description field
Editing the job page
- Click Edit in Job Page Details to open the slide-out editor
- Make updates, then Save

Bonus: automatic extraction
Boostie will also parse and generate supporting content like:
- Skills
- Apply items
- Benefits (when available)
Pro Tips
- Start with “Very Strong.” Triage the top fits first, then work your way down - your fastest path to shortlists.
- Use 👍 as your personal shortlist. Thumbs-up is a quick “keep this candidate in my lane” marker while you review the rest.
- Hide ≠ reject. Use the 👁️🗨️ Hide icon to declutter your view (it won’t affect other recruiters). Great for “not for me, but maybe for someone else.”
- Don’t forget the Hidden filter. If a candidate “disappears,” check Eligible Applicants → Hidden to unhide them in one click.
- Live in View Details. The slide-out is built for speed - resume, questions, AI notes, and session data in one place so you can decide without tab-hopping.
- Tune AI Fine Tuning after 10–20 applicants. Review a small sample, then adjust Fine Tuning so Boostie’s scoring matches how your team defines “strong fit.”
- Share candidates without breaking your flow. Use Bullhorn Actions → Add Note to route a candidate to a senior recruiter or AM with context—no copy/paste, no extra screens.
- Use the Direct Apply Link everywhere. When you post the job, use the Boostie link so every applicant hits the same clean application experience and tracking stays tight.
- Quick sanity check: If the job status looks off, verify Bullhorn publish/open settings - those drive what Boostie shows and how campaigns behave.
