Boostie is a talent-marketing platform focused on helping staffing agencies and corporate talent-acquisition (TA) teams own their hiring funnel from end to end.
Instead of relying primarily on job-boards, Boostie “bolts on” to your existing tech stack — your ATS (applicant tracking system), career site, and website traffic — to unlock marketing & recruiting potential within data you already own.
Founded in 2023 by former staffing/hiring-tech veterans: Travis Arnold (CEO), Kevin Jones (CTO), and Chris Dues (CRO).
Backed by investors including Bullhorn Ventures and other strategic investors.
